Situated on a hillock overlooking a huge organic Mango Orchard of 450 trees on one side. And a sprawling view of the Sahyadri Mountain Range & River Page (a perennial river Starting From Bhivpuri Dam) on the other.

The Spacious villa is spread across 2500 sq ft consisting of 3 bedrooms (2 Master (1 with bath tub) & 1 common), kitchen, attached Living room & Veranda & a fully Covered private Pool making it accessible even during a sunny day.

And if you are lucky, you will witness The Moon Rise from behind the mountains.  Believe us, it’s much more romantic than a sunrise!

This is a farm stay located in a rural area and not a hotel. Please treat this like a home rather a hotel.

There are animals, insects and bugs in the area. Though the property is kept very clean but guests must carry mosquito repellent etc. Also there is fluctuation of power in this area though there is a inverter back up to power limited lights & fans only of the villa for upto 4 hours based on the usage.

NOT ALLOWED: Smoking, consumption of Alcohol & Non-Veg Food / Outside food :

• Alcohol, cigarette, Hookah, Tobacco, E-cigarette, drugs and any other contraband items are strictly prohibited on the property.

• The Farm Retreat is a Pure Vegetarian Property, We do not serve non veg food and do not allow consumption of non veg food on our property as well as do not allow outside food.

• Consumption of any banned substances will be reported to the concerned authorities and the guest will be asked to vacate the resort premises immediately. No refund nor credit facility will be extended in such a case.

• Use of firecrackers ,using colours etc is strictly prohibited. Fine will be imposed on any Guest(s) who is found in the act.

Any use or possession of the above prohibited items on the entire property will attract a fine of INR 10,000/-
